    Hello,

    I bought 2 of your Plugins including:

    • Dokan Order Approval Pro
    • Order Approval for WooCommerce Pro

    However, when I install and use the Plugin, it does not work as expected, specifically:

    When the Vendor changes the order status, the order status notification does not change accordingly.
    No matter how the order status is changed, it still only displays a single status “Waiting”.

    Have you looked through the Dokan order approval and order approval free plugins? Does it work as were expecting? Do you have any problems with free plugins? We will look into any problems you may be having with free plugins and provide a quick fix. According to WordPress community standards, support for free plugins is provided through the WordPress repository support forums. We’ve received your email regarding the pro version issue.     I installed the free version and they had the same error as the Pro version. Hope you fix the error soon so we can continue our work.

    I have checked and have the following comments:

    – I tried installing the Plugin: Dokan Order Approval – Free, but the system reported an error that it could not be activated (see the image attached to the link below).

    – I have installed Dokan Order Approval Pro (latest version) + Order Approval for Woocommerce Pro the system runs well, congratulations to you and the team!

    Hi @ptienhung,

    To activate Dokan order approval – free, you need to first activate WooCommerce and then activate the Order Approval for WooCommerce??free?plugin.
